Welcome to the WOLF Lacrosse Camp information page! We are glad that you have found us and hope that you will come out to the camp and have some fun! The files listed below provide everything you need in order to register. There is a registration form which gives us your information as well as a liability release form that a parent must sign. If you have any additional questions contact Mary Nelson at 503-581-0005. Don’t forget to get your registration materials in quickly! Registration numbers are limited. Please send them along with payment to the address provided on the release form.
